All products, services and prices shown in our online shop do not constitute legally binding offers. Once you enter all of the personal contact information and click the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order will be considered legally binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation has been sent. If you do not receive order confirmation or the delivery within One (1) week, please contact us to sort any problems there may be. Please note there will be a slight delay during annual holiday.
Our aim is to ship all items within one working day of payment being cleared. Items are in most cases despatched via a courier service, unless other arrangements are made. Collection by the courier is usually next day and delivery usually takes 2 - 3 days from when collected. CSPservices are not responsible for non-achievement of delivery times.We have the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached & in most cases will be born by CSPservices.
Packaging & Delivery costs
All items are packed dependant on the item and the destination. The prices shown for delivery are based on the total weight of the item/s including the packaging, therefore the weight qouted by the manufacturers is of the item without packaging please allow an average of 150 - 200g for most items when calculating your own charges. Due to incresed costs of Royal Mail most of our deliveries are now via courier. If you wish a faster delivery via Royal Mail please contact us before payment is made so we can obtain a quote.
Compensation & Insurance
All items are covered by the standard carrier's compensation scheme, the amount being determined by what service used and the level of compensation in force at time of shipping.
In the unlikely event of your items being damaged or lost in transit, the difference between item(s) value and level of insurance/compensation chosen will be at buyers risk. Shipping and Packaging charges are not covered by Compensation and Insurance.
Condition of goods
Unless otherwise stated all goods sold by CSPservices are new as supplied by the manufacturer or manufacturers wholesaler. CSPservices are not responsible for faults/blemishes that are the result of the manufacturing processes.
All items listed by us are physically held in stock by CSPservices and are available for immediate despatch. However due to selling locally & in a village shop some items might become unavailabe although our website will still be showing them as available, in the event that stock is not available the customer will be notified and given the option of waiting for the ordered item(s) to become available, replacing the items with mutually agreed alternative/s or cancelling all or part of the order.
Returns & Refunds
In the event that the purchased goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect item/s are supplied and the buyer wishes to return their purchase, contact and agreement should be made with CSPservices and the item returned within 14 days of purchase. On receipt of the item at CSPservices premises and after examination and agreement with the buyer a replacement/refund will be given (please allow 3-5 working days for checking of items). In cases where it is deemed that the item returned is not the same item as purchased or it has been used or abused, no refund will be given. CSPservices will only refund/pay postage costs when the wrong item has been supplied and in other exceptional circumstances otherwise the buyer will be responsible for all Postage costs. A full refund on bespoke items such as cable/wire which has been cut to length for the customer is not possible, only a partial refund will be made.
CSPservices will not be held responsible for charges incured due to wrong or incomplete addresses being supplied by the buyer or the Delivery Service being unable to obtain a signature (where required) resulting in items becoming undeliverable. The buyer will be informed of undeliverable items that are returned to CSPservices, they will remain the property of the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. After 72hrs and in the absence of any instructions from the buyer, items held on behalf of the buyer will attract storage charges based on volumetric weight which the buyer will be liable for. When the buyer pays through Paypal CSPservices will only ship to the address supplied by Paypal.
Buyers are welcome to collect from CSPservices premises by prior arrangement if collect in person is selected as a postage option an email must be sent or an email stating contact details so arrangement can be made for a mutually suitable date & time. This information must be sent within an hour of placing the order otherwise the order will either be put on hold or an appropriate postal rate selected & charged.
Retention of Title
The goods delivered remain the property of CSPservices until full payment has been received & cleared.
You may withdraw from the sale within 5 working days without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or if you return the goods to us. If you are a professional buyer or freelancer the current statutory provisions for the return of goods shall apply. The time frame for the return of goods begins once you have received the goods.
